Shipping Options

• Standard Delivery:

  We offer free standard shipping on all first orders over $185. For orders under $150, a flat fee of $16 is applied. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.

Delivery Areas

Top Shelf Bourbon ships nationwide across the United States. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship internationally.

Processing Time

Orders placed by 1 PM EST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the following business day.

Age Verification

In compliance with state laws, we require all purchases and deliveries to be signed by someone 21 years of age or older. Valid ID will be required at the time of delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your order’s tracking information, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Delivery Instructions

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and advise on how to return the damaged item if necessary.
